About the company:

Out2Bound is a sales development agency that helps technology and innovation companies attract b2b clients and access new markets. We develop and execute outbound sales development strategies on behalf of their brands to enrich their sales pipelines and as a result to start conversations with highly targeted potential new clients.

Additionally, we test out new markets and validate the product or service market fit. We are able to both plug into the company as a remote sales team or support an existing sales team by enriching its sales pipeline. Currently working with clients across Europe and North America.


About the position:

The “Business Development” trainee will be focused on a new line of business of the company – the development of a technological product in the renewable energy sector. You will be the main point of contact for customers interested in our offerings, and at the same time, you will proactively contact potential clients. Responsibilities include market research and prospecting for new clients, contacting them through outbound channels (email, phone, social media), and account management.


Your Day:

  • You will work directly with one of Out2Bound’s founders.
  • You will be connecting with investors and business owners through cold calls, social media, and email to generate interest and if needed, set up meetings or conference calls.
  • You will work with software tools such as G-Suite, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and Chrome Extensions.
  • You will track a list of pre-defined websites for new listings as well as social media groups and will proactively contact their authors.
  • You will work with active clients to build and maintain relationships with them.
  • You will ensure the data in our database is properly filled and always up-to-date.
  • You will serve as a trusted advisor to your clients regarding their work with the company.
  • You will help with suggestions for improvements of the solution to increase its applicability.
  • You will participate in team meetings, meetings with clients, and continuous training and education.

The position is for part-time work – 20 hours a week.



  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales or at a similar client-facing role;
  • Ability to work remotely both independently and within a team;
  • Responsibility, positive approach, and proactivity;
  • A person that loves relationship-building and enjoys problem-solving;
  • Bachelor of Business/Management (completed or still doing your studies);
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Bulgarian and English;
